30 years ago, a documentary for and about the Community Organization «Zürich für den Film» was produced in support of the local film productions. In February 1991, the cantonal parliament allocated 2 mio SFr in order to continue the film production support on the base of the «Zürcher Filmförderungsmodell»
The film «Zürich für den Film» by Jiri Havrda, is a follow-up to the documentary ▶︎ “Wer soll das bezahlen?", 1986, by Martin Steiner und Edi Hubschmid, that helped to set up the base for the so called «Zürcher Filmförderungsmodell»
